Mexico City Marriott Reforma Hotel, Mexico City

My stay at the Mexico City Marriott Reforma was a mixed experience. The location was fantastic, right on the vibrant Paseo de la Reforma, making it easy to explore the city. However, I faced issues with the room quality and received no upgrade as a Platinum member. The service from most of the staff was excellent, particularly in the club lounge, which offered a decent selection of food, though it could use more traditional Mexican dishes.

While the service overall was fantastic, highlighted by staff like Moises Sanchez, I did encounter some hitches regarding room upgrades and bike reservations. Still, I would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting CDMX.

The staff went above and beyond, especially Angelica at the front desk, who helped make my wife's birthday special.
