Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the Mexico City Marriott Reforma was a mixed experience. The location was fantastic, right on the vibrant Paseo de la Reforma, making it easy to explore the city. However, I faced issues with the room quality and received no upgrade as a Platinum member. The service from most of the staff was excellent, particularly in the club lounge, which offered a decent selection of food, though it could use more traditional Mexican dishes.
I had a wonderful experience at the Mexico City Marriott Reforma Hotel, with excellent proximity to sites like El Angel and Chapultepec. While the service overall was fantastic, highlighted by staff like Moises Sanchez, I did encounter some hitches regarding room upgrades and bike reservations. Still, I would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting CDMX.
I had a mixed experience at the Mexico City Marriott Reforma Hotel. While the location is fantastic and the hotel is comfortable, my stay was marred by some service issues. I found the amenities to be up to the standard of Marriott, but the room situation left much to be desired. Overall, it's a decent choice, but there’s room for improvement.
My stay at the Mexico City Marriott Reforma Hotel was quite nice, especially thanks to the stellar service. though there were some downsides. The staff went above and beyond, especially Angelica at the front desk, who helped make my wife's birthday special. On the flip side, the bathroom towels could use an upgrade, and the pool had some sharp missing tiles that made it less enjoyable.
I recently stayed at the Mexico City Marriott Reforma Hotel and had a mixed experience. The location was fantastic, conveniently placed near historic sites and restaurants, which I truly appreciated. The staff members were generally helpful, especially in the Executive Lounge, though my initial experience at the front desk left much to be desired. My room was comfortable and clean, but I had issues with the delayed service in several instances.
